Jacob Crawfurd is a freelance photographer working within press, business, music and portrait photography. He has executed many music portraits, band photos and has a large archive of concert images. Stemming from his personal interests, he primarily directs his lens towards bands, concerts and cultural activities. Jacob's passion for Africa has taken him to the continent on assignments while he is also involved in arranging and promoting African-related music and culture projects in Denmark.

Alexia Fodere is a Miami-based Photographer, born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, specialises in portraits, architecture, and photojournalism. Initially trained as a photojournalist working for the Miami Herald with some of the best photographers and photo editors in the industry. Her work has been published in The New York Daily News, Wall Street Journal, Sun Sentinel, Palm Beach Post, Chicago Tribune, Virginia Quarterly Review, Architectural Digest, Florida Design, Elle Décor, The Swiss Press and the Associated Press among others.

Jeremy Llewellyn-Jones

Jeremy Llewellyn-Jones (Kenya/UK)

Jeremy Llewellyn-Jones is an established photographer and filmmaker originally from Kenya now living in London. Since WOMEX 2009 he’s directed a feature-length documentary for Channel 4 Television in the UK and executive produced two major series for National Geographic. He’s continued to photograph up-and-coming artists from all over the world, taking a special interest in working with journalists and business advisers as they bring new talent to the attention of the mainstream music industry. In the true spirit of WOMEX, he’s decided who needs sleep?

Eric van Nieuwland

Eric van Nieuwland (The Netherlands)

Eric van Nieuwland lives and works in the Netherlands as a photojournalist. His work combines the two worlds of both his greatest passions: photography and jazz and world music. Alongside photographing for artist management and record companies, Eric is a writer/photographer for websites reporting on cultural events. Artists he works for include Zuco103 (played at WOMEX 2001) and Wouter Hamel the new jazz sensation from Holland. His work is known for capturing the essence of the atmosphere and special moments.
